Top Money Earners By Position

Every offseason, I scour the web to find projected dollar values. It's nearly impossible to find a website that offers the information I'm looking for. Most sites want $30 for their draft package or simply don't offer the information I want.

When the season starts, finding current dollar values is even more difficult. But RotoTimes has the best one I've found, by a landslide. Not only do they update the player values every day but they're also customizable. So instead of finding 5x5 values for an NL-only league of 10 teams, I can customize the parameters for a 4x4 league with 18 teams. It's great.

Here are the top Player Rater values for the 23-player positions on a Gabe Paul starting lineup. Listed are the top values for each position along with their Gabe Paul auction-contract price.

C: Brian McCann: $20 ($27-2)
C: Bengie Molina $19 ($13-2)
1B: Derrek Lee: $41 ($29-2)
2B: Chase Utley: $51 ($18-0)
SS: Hanley Ramirez: $48 ($14-0)
3B: Chipper Jones: $42 ($29-2)
CO: David Wright: $42 ($20-0)
MI: Brian Roberts $29 ($24-1)
